Appointment of Consultant

Ministry of Shipping, Government of India has decided to install to set up the 50 MW Wind Power plant in South India comprising of V.O. Chidambararanar, Chennai and Ennore. In this connection, these three ports are in process of floating a single RFP/Tender together Indian Ports Association has been assigned by Ministry of Shipping with the task for appointment of Consultant for Formulation of EPC Work/RFP for EPC Contract, evaluation of bids & selection of bidder for development of Wind Renewable Energy Power Plant in Major Ports Accordingly, Indian Ports Association on behalf of aforesaid Major Ports invites Requests for Proposal (RFP) from interested consultants.

The schedule for receipt of the application is as follows:- 

1. Pre-bid meeting will be held on 28/09/2015 at 1500 Hrs (Extended now will be held on 29/09/2015 at 1100 Hrs)
2. Submission of document fee of Rs.10,000/- for RFP on or before 1430 Hrs on 09/010/2015. 
3. Receipt of offers on or before 3.00 pm(1500 Hrs) on 09/10/2015 
4. Opening of Technical offers at 1530 Hrs on 09/10/2015
